LUK, Inc. Announces Board of Directors Leadership Update

LUK’s Board Leadership is updating for the 2025 fiscal year. We would like to express our gratitude for our outgoing Board President/Chair, Brenda Buckley, and we are excited to introduce our new Board Leadership: Board Chair, Tony Fields, and Board Treasurer, Nehcole Felix.

Outgoing Board President/Chair, Brenda Buckley
Brenda Buckley has served on the LUK Board of Directors for over a decade and been part of the Executive committee for 9 years, most recently as the Board Chair. Brenda has been instrumental in the success of the organization and will always be a LUKian! We are so grateful for Brenda’s continued dedication to our mission, and are forever thankful for her service to LUK and the community.

Board Chair, Tony Fields
Tony Fields brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community leadership to his role as Board Chair. With over two decades of executive experience, Tony has consistently demonstrated dedication to improving community well-being and fostering positive change. Tony has excelled in senior roles, showcasing his expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership. He is the President and Founder of Cleartech Group, an IT service provider in Leominster, MA, and a key leader in business networking and entrepreneurial groups. He has served on the numerous boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster and the Boston Chapter of Entrepreneur Organization, and currently serves as Vice Chair of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce.
Alongside his professional roles, Tony has been actively involved as a volunteer in youth sports and mentoring programs, successfully driving community engagement and development. Tony lives in Shirley, MA, with his wife Patty and is the father of three adult sons. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with Ferry, his golden retriever.

Board Treasurer, Nehcole Felix
Nehcole Felix joined the LUK Board of Directors in 2018 and has been a Board Member for just over 6 years. As an independent small business consultant, Nehcole initially joined the Board to increase her engagement with the community that she wished to serve. However, after learning more about LUK’s mission and the breadth of their services, she understood that helping to build awareness for LUK in our community was the main goal. With an affinity for process and business development, Nehcole hopes to continue fostering support for LUK and their dedicated staff.
