LUK’s Board of Directors is composed of community members with vision and commitment, who are willing and able to work cooperatively and effectively, and who contribute their talents, resources, and perspective to the organization. The expectation of Board members is that each will devote two hours per month to Board business, approve policies for the organization, participate in the development of, and provide oversight to, the implementation of a strategic plan, approve an annual budget, and, when relevant, hire a Chief Executive Officer.
