Join LUK staff and our HR team for our Spring Job Fair Series

Learn about specific job details from current staff, talk to our HR team, and even get the opportunity for an on-the-spot interview at these Walk In Wednesday events. We’re hiring for full time, part time, per diem, and fee-for-service positions at all experience levels, so no matter your background, this event is for you!

Our HR team will be available from 8 AM to 5 PM on April 15th, April 22nd, and April 29th. Each of those days will also have spotlights on certain positions, and staff from Featured Divisions will be available 10 AM – 4 PM.

This Central MA area Job Fair is conveniently located at LUK’s Main Office (545 Westminster Street, Fitchburg, MA, 01420).

April 15th Featured Division: Residential

LUK’s Residential Services division is made up of five congregate care homes for youth and offers positions like:

• Case Managers for youth in therapeutic residential settings
• Full time and relief Skills Counselors
• Shift Supervisors
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Leadership roles

April 22nd Featured Divisions: Behavioral Health & Community Services Team

Our Community Services Team and Behavioral Health Clinic Services divisions offer positions like:

• Fee-for-Service Clinicians
• Community, In-home, and Clinic- based Full-Time Clinicians
• Intensive Care Coordinators
• Peer Navigation and Family Partner positions (lived experience)

April 29th Featured Division: Transition to Independent Living Services

LUK’s Transition to Independent Living Services division offers positions like:

• Case Managers for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability, including those who are pregnant/parenting
• Program Coordinators
