This training is a blended format, and has two hours of pre-work before the training so that we can focus on quality discussion and collaboration when we are in-person. This will be emailed to you after registration.

Adult Mental Health First Aid (AMHFA) is a training course that teaches everyday people how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges or crises in adults. It gives you the tools to offer initial support and connect someone to professional help if needed. Just like physical first aid, AMHFA is not about diagnosing or treating, but helping in the moment. It’s great for anyone in the community who wants to support friends, neighbors, coworkers, or loved ones.
