LUK AmeriCorps Program Host Site Application

I understand that there is a $7,500 fee for each Thrive Ambassador hosted at my organization (up to two). I understand that the Thrive Ambassador cannot replace a full-time staff person and cannot, either directly or indirectly, participate in political or religious activities during service hours. I understand that my organization must supply a physical workspace, equipment, supplies, mileage reimbursement, and appropriate supervision.
