Community Classroom Worker (Fitchburg, Per Diem) - Demonstrate a commitment to the empowerment of young adults to realize their potential. Incorporate the agency philosophy of systemic thinking. Use resources from the community and agency with awareness of social policies and concerns for clients. Facilitate the integrity of the family while ensuring the safety of all family members. Experience working with adult DDS population and reliable transportation required, some afternoon availability also required. Ability to demonstrate compassion, common sense and critical thinking skills are a must! Ability to recognize importance of consistency, reliability and predictability in scheduling is required.
