DESCRIPTION:  \nLUK\, Inc. is proud to be hosting our 27th Annual Youth Empowerment Summit this spring at the Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster (April 16th\, 2026). As part of this annual event\, we will recognize one North Central Massachusetts high school senior for their demonstrated leadership\, community service\, commitment to equity or creating inclusive environments for other youth. Nominated youth should be true role models for others\, who embody inclusivity and equity in what they do. Select youth will be recognized\, and will receive their award of $250\, at the Summit during the Award Celebration. Please see eligibility criteria below\, and download the nomination form here: LUK YES Scholarship Nomination Form 2026 \nThe final deadline is March 27th\, 2026. \nScholarship recipients will be notified of their selection by April 8th\, 2026 \nFor Additional Information Contact: \nEmail: YouthDevelopment@luk.org\nPhone: 978-361-6439 \n*Completed Nominations should be emailed to YouthDevelopment@LUK.org * \nCommunity Service Scholarship Criteria:\n\nTo qualify nominated youth must\n\nBe a 2026 graduating high school senior who demonstrates leadership and a passion for serving their community.\nCurrently reside in the North Central Massachusetts region: Ashburnham\, Ashby\, Ayer\, Baldwinville\, Barre\, Dunstable\, Fitchburg\, Gardner\, Groton\, Harvard\, Hubbardston\, Leominster\, Lunenburg\, Pepperell\, Shirley\, Templeton\, Townsend\, Westminster\, and Winchendon\n\n\nNominated youth must complete the following requirements\n\nWork with nominator to fill out nomination form\nWrite a personal statement on their dedication to creating inclusive spaces in their community\nBe present at the 27th Annual Youth Empowerment Summit award ceremony to receive their award.\n\nThe Youth Empowerment Summit (April 16th\, 2026) will be held at The Boys and Girls Club of Fitchburg and Leominster gym 365 Lindell Ave\, Leominster\, MA 01453\nWe will hold the award ceremony be from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Youth are welcome to stay for the rest of the event but are not required.\n\n\nNominator must complete the following requirements\n\nBe at least 18 years old\nProvide a written statement on why they nominated this youth\nWork with nominee to fill out nomination form (see below)\n\n\n\n\n\n*Any responses from nominator or nominee that are AI generated will not be considered* \nDownload the nomination form here: LUK YES Scholarship Nomination Form 2026
