SUMMARY:Adult Mental Health First Aid Training with Nashoba Associated Boards of Health
DESCRIPTION:Join LUK\, Inc. and the Nashoba Associated Boards of Health for a FREE Adult Mental Health First Aid Training!\n\nThursday\, July 9th\, 2026 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Ayer Police Department’s Training Room (54 Park Street\, Ayer\, MA) \n\nPlease register by emailing Training@LUK.org. This training is a blended format\, and has two hours of pre-work before the training so that we can focus on quality discussion and collaboration when we are in-person. This will be emailed to you after registration.\nAbout Adult Mental Health First Aid\nAdult Mental Health First Aid (AMHFA) is a training course that teaches everyday people how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges or crises in adults. It gives you the tools to offer initial support and connect someone to professional help if needed. Just like physical first aid\, AMHFA is not about diagnosing or treating\, but helping in the moment. It’s great for anyone in the community who wants to support friends\, neighbors\, coworkers\, or loved ones.\n\nDon’t hesitate to reach out to Training@LUK.org with any questions!\n\n*This training is free in Nashoba Valley thanks in part to the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts.*
