This will be emailed to you after registration.\nAbout Adult Mental Health First Aid\nAdult Mental Health First Aid (AMHFA) is a training course that teaches everyday people how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges or crises in adults. It gives you the tools to offer initial support and connect someone to professional help if needed. Just like physical first aid\, AMHFA is not about diagnosing or treating\, but helping in the moment. After a Walk for Peace in the morning (more info TBA)\, this event will featured a Basketball Tournament and Skills Competition for youth basketball players. For people not playing\, there will be activities\, resources\, and giveaways\, so this is truly an event for the whole family! \nCommon Ground Basketball Tournament and Skills Competition\nThis year\, we will have both a Tournament for youth in grades 8-12 and a Skills Tournament for youth in grades 4-12.
