Register by Thursday\, September 3rd to get the Zoom link by emailing Training@LUK.org. \n9/8/26 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM \nAbout QPR Suicide Prevention\nQPR (Question\, Persuade\, Refer) is a simple and effective suicide prevention training for community members who are 16 or older. In just about an hour\, you’ll learn how to recognize warning signs of suicide\, how to ask someone if they’re thinking about suicide\, how to persuade them to get help\, and how to refer them to the right support. Just like CPR\, anyone can learn it\, and it can help save a life. Participants are certified in QPR upon completion of the training. \nLearn more about QPR and other trainings offered by the LUK Community Training Academy here. We currently offer a variety of free trainings to organizations in North Central MA and the Nashoba Valley region. \nAbout 988 Day\nFrom the 988 website: \n988 Day is a Day of Action held annually on 9/8.
