The STEP (Strengthening Transitioning Empowering Prevention) Program of LUK Crisis Center, Inc. is funded by MOVA and provides free services for those who are victims of incidents caused by persons operating under the influence of substances in the communities of Central MA.  Services for victims include brief counseling, crisis intervention, peer-led groups, support, advocacy, and referral.  Services are voluntary and responsive to the unique strengths and needs of victims, and are provided in the community and at the offices of L.U.K. Crisis Center, Inc. in Worcester and in Fitchburg.  The STEP Program seeks to involve victims in prevention, education, research, and advocacy projects.
