Peer Outreach Coordinator (Part Time 20 hours; Worcester office) - Successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of recruitment, onboarding and supervision of Peer Outreach workers. Additional responsibilities include support of curriculum delivery of supervisees at partnering sites. Qualifications include Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; experience with and understanding of older adolescents and young adults, families and communities essential. Successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and a minimum of two years supervisory experience. Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation.
