Foster Care Team Leader (Worcester Office) - A Team Leader provides case consultation and direct supervision to direct case manager employees; performs related administrative duties; performs related work as required. Additionally, provides case management, risk assessment, referrals and placement as they relate to the well-being and development of the child in accordance with LUK policies. Use available resources within a diverse community in a supportive, effective manner to establish the most appropriate service plan for the child. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred to be in a human service related field. Required licenses include a current and valid licensure as a Licensed Social Work Associate, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Certified Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker by the MA Board of Registration in Social Work. Hold a valid driver’s license and have a registered vehicle. Applicants must obtain the required license in Social Work within the first nine (9) months of employment
