Recovery Coach (Fitchburg, Worcester, Webster, and Lowell) - The qualified candidate will be working to promote a client's recovery by assisting them in identifying and overcoming obstacles to maintaining abstinence and by serving as a personal mentor for people who are both in recovery or wanting to be in recovery. The candidate will be given the opportunity to attend a 5-day intensive training academy focusing on providing individuals with the skills needed to guide, mentor and support anyone who would like to be in recovery from drugs and alcohol. Lived experience preferred but not required. Anyone applying with lived experience needs to be in recovery for at least one year.
