Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) (Worcester)- Full time 40-hour positions available in LUK’s Worcester, Fitchburg and Webster areas. This is an exciting opportunity to build upon families existing strengths to improve their ability to support youth in their home and community. The TT&S will work as part of a team to implement interventions designed to increase communication, conflict resolution and limit setting skills in the home. The TT&S will coordinate regularly with all treatment providers and family supports to clearly outline the goals of service and discuss progress. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service field with a minimum of one year of direct service of relevant work with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs. Candidates will also have strong organizational skills and will be able to complete required documentation in a timely manner.
