Peer Mentor-Continuum (Worcester County; Full Time) - The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing support services to children, youth, adolescents and families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), The Department of Mental Health (DMH) and Placement Providers. These services have been developed through a contract between LUK and The Massachusetts Health and Human Services Division. The candidate will be between 18 - 25 years old with lived experience in the child welfare or mental health systems. Individual must be able to work as part of a treatment team collaborating together toward a common identified goal coupled with providing a level of direct support to families based on their identified needs. Candidate will possess a high school diploma, vehicle and valid drivers license.
