Continuum Outreach Worker (Northern and Southern Worcester Area) - The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing outreach services to families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), The Department of Mental Health (DMH) and Placement Providers. These services have been developed through a contract between LUK and Massachusetts Health and Human Services Division. Individual must be able to work as part of a treatment team collaborating together toward a common identified goal coupled with providing a level of direct support to families based on their needs. In addition to regular individual and group supervision along with ongoing training, the candidate will have the opportunity to be trained in an evidence-based trauma model to further their knowledge in trauma work and improve their ability to work with this population. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health related field including a minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, families and youth at risk. Reimbursement for travel provided along with benefits.
