Family Support Partner (Worcester Office) - Experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs and preferably a youth with mental health needs. Bachelor’s Degree in human services related field preferred; Associates degree in human services related field or a minimum of two years experience working with youth/families may be substituted. Under the direction of the Family Support Supervisor, the Family Support Partner is responsible for providing Peer to Peer support, a service that involves a structured, strength-based relationship between a Family Partner and a parent/caregiver. The purpose of this service is for resolving a youth’s emotional and behavioral needs by improving the capacity of the parent/caregiver to parent the youth so as to improve the youth’s functioning so as to support the youth in the community or to assist the youth in returning to the community. Valid drivers license and vehicle required. This is a full time position located out of LUK's Worcester site.
