Youth Support Worker - Full-time position for individual to help youth/adolescents build self-esteem and social, communication, conflict-resolution, and (pre)vocational skills in community and home-based settings. Successful applicant will be knowledgeable of community resources, will work one-on-one with youth, and will engage with families and other providers to assist youth to succeed in developmentally-appropriate activities and relationships. Individual will work in Northern Worcester County and out of LUK's office in Fitchburg. BA/BS and valid driver's license required. 2-3 years relevant Human Services experience preferred.
