All children and youth referred through either referral source are provided the following services:

· Case Management
· Service Planning
· Crisis Management
· Recruitment, study and supervision of Respite providers

LUK Respite providers are committed, caring, and well trained.  Each potential home participates in thorough home study recruitment process which includes an extensive background check.

 The homes receive:
· Ongoing supervision
· Ongoing training
· 24 hour on-call crisis management backup
· CPR/First Aid training
· CPI (Behavior Management) Training
