CBHI Services
The Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) is an undertaking by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and MassHealth to implement the Court Order in a lawsuit known as Rosie D.
LUK is providing several of the CBHI services as part of our Partnering for Strong Families (PSF) program.
These services are provided by a highly qualified and talented LUK team of professionals located throughout central Massachusetts.
Who is eligable?
As part of the Rosie D. Court Order, CBHI Services are available to children and adolescents under the age of 21 who reside in Massachusetts and are eligable for MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program; are diagnosed with a serious emotional, behavioral or psychiatric condition meeting the federal definitions of serious emotional disturbance; and are determined through a mental health evaluation to need home-based services.
